Job Role : Customer Support – Chat Process
Job Description :
•Resolve ticket for the following reasons – order status, cancellation, delivery instruction, location issue
•Know the products inside and out so that you can answer queries and resolve complaints
•Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
•Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
•Maintain positive, empathetic and a professional attitude towards customers at all times
•Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support on Chats
Eligibility Criteria :
- Qualification: Undergraduate and above
- Fresher’s and Experience both (any Experience )
- Language skill : Should possess Very good communication skill in English and Hindi
- Should possesses Very Good written English (Non Voice Versant Level -5 equivalent )
- Typing Speed 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Candidate should have Own System (Laptop / Desktop) which should have Windows 10 and with Wifi or Dongle Connectivity
Shift Timing : Should be flexible with 24*7 Shift
Working days : 6 days working per week
Work Location : Permanent Work From Home
Salary : Freshers :- Up to Rs 2,94,000 LPA
